Robberg Trail Run

This is a place full of beauty and is a must (visit, hike, run, picnic it) for any tourist visiting the town of Plettenberg Bay, South Africa. The 5k Witsand trail run begins at the car park and hugs the mountain side where you’ll see views of the town and the bay, and you may see, smell and hear the seals barking from down below. You’ll definitely find yourself walking up on the steeper sections, well rewarded when you finally get to the top where the best views await. From hear you would almost be at the trails bend that takes you to the “wild” side of Plettenberg Bay. Here its time to take your shoes off and run down the soft sand dunes embracing the wildness. Take a swim and cool off in the salty Atlantic ocean- this is really the highlight! Now its home time, put your takkies back on at the end of the beach and run back to the car park, back up the ridge on the left side. All the images and videos are taken with the olfi one, five black action camera.
